When you come into Triage, as a best practice, we suggest that you tackle your emails by setting up a specific amount of time in your day where you can focus entirely on taking care of the emails that come into Triage - we suggest taking three or four 20 minute blocks each work day in order to stay on top of them all.

Have you heard of the concept of standard work? It’s where staff (leaders all the way down through the organization) have a standard template of how to manage their day. It could be a set of tasks, or a calendar block, but it’s almost a ritual of things that are known to lead to long-term success.

One item on my list is to come into this community and interact. I’m loving Karbon so far, but we are just getting started, and there are some things that are not quite ready for prime time (time & billing, no e-signature integration, and document management), so learning how others have handled these and are excelling through them is a key to our long-term success.

Here’s an interesting post I recently read about it: link
