Love this feature! yay!!
One comment our office had was to have the day start at 7/8am instead of 1am and having to scroll down to this time. Seems a bit cumbersome to have to do that. We are adjusting to having Monday the start of the week(given we have all gotten use to Sunday starts).

With regards to where the calendar focuses - it should focus on the first event of the day/the time it is.
