Customer support via phone

It is my understanding that Karbon only provides customer support via their message app and email. We have had a few situations recently where that level of support isn’t working. Examples include: a) when we can’t access Karbon at all so we can’t use their message app, b) when customer support is not responding to the message app, c) when customer support is not responding to emails. Like most of the other software that we use, we’d like to be able to actually talk to someone on the phone when we have a critical issue. But Karbon does not offer customer support via phone. I’m curious how others are navigating through this limitation of Karbon.

Access Work Item Documents via the API

Is there a way to access the Documents associated with a Work Item from the API? If not currently, is there a plan to develop this functionality? Also, could the API provide the ability to connect a Work Item to a DMS folder?I can submit a feature request for this if it is not already in the works.

Sorting by Status in Work View

I’ve searched around to see if this has already been posted but can’t find anything. Apologies for the duplicate if so.Is anyone else seeing that the Status column doesn’t sort in a logical/useful manner in a Work List View? We would expect this sort to be ascending/descending on the value of the Status field. However, it doesn’t appear to work that way.I contacted Karbon support about this and they said: The Status column is sorted by the due date (the earliest due date first) of the work-item, and then in ascending order of the name of the work-item and then to break a tie the ID of the work-item. Can anyone else make sense of this? Should I submit a “feature request” to try to influence a change? Or am I looking at this incorrectly?

We are curious how other firms who utilize seasonal employees involve them (or not) in the Karbon ecosystem. Any best practices to share?

Emails with same subject in Triage

Occasionally we send out mass emails to groups of clients, using bcc functionality in Gmail. However, we’ve found that when clients respond, Karbon groups all of those responses together in a single message in Triage rather than separating them by client. They way that Triage handles these messages makes it confusing to see who is responding to the message and limits what you can do with the message after opening it. I’m curious if others have experienced this issue and how you work around it?
