Client Naming - Legal vs Known By Names

We struggle with this issue across any platform that we have to enter client names- both individual and business clients.  For our tax software, we have to list the client legal names for the tax filings.  But a lot of clients don’t go by their legal names, so we have struggled over the years on how to capture both the legal name and “known by” name in our CRM.Ex:  Client goes by Scott and wife goes by Rebecca (both their middle names).  But their first names are entirely different.How does everyone handle this in Karbon? When emailing clients or calling them, we want to use their “known by” names.  Not every person in the firm will know who goes by what.  On the Contact types in Karbon, the Person type does have a field for Preferred Name, but I don’t see this appear anywhere other than the detail tab of the contact’s card.  On the Organization type - there is no field for a dba so we have issues here with our business clients where they have a legal name and dba.  Any suggestions on

Colleague Utilization - Exporting Time

Does anyone know if there is a way to export the Colleague Utilization information such that time is exported in hours, like how it is visible in Karbon?  When we export, all the time is in minutes… And my brain doesn’t work in minutes past 90 minutes - lol.  vs exported:

FIFO/LIFO

Hi y’all!We typically use the date a client drops off tax documents to help determine their place in the prep order.   Any suggestions or ideas on how to best track work in a FIFO order?   Thanks!!Kylene

Timesheets for Payroll

We are using Karbon’s time entry 100% now for billing and for hours to pay our hourly people from.We run payroll on a bi-weekly schedule and I was wondering if there was a way to filter time by our pay-period instead of by week, in a format were we can total hours in the period?

Client Tasks

We just launched out our annual tax packets to 400+ 1040 clients through the Karbon Client Task feature in the work items.  Two things we are struggling with:Clients completing the task by clicking the check box from the email directly and NOT reading what they are supposed to do. Clients not receiving their original task email.Anyone else struggling with this?  Any suggestions?
