time billing

 For those using Karbon billing, do you know why “Actual (time period)” is different from “Actual”. I found if I run a certain period, it’s not the same. It seem “Actual” capturing all the time in the work item since work item has been created but “Actual (time period)” only revelant the period you run for?

Using Karbon Time exclusively without Tsheet going forward

Hi, all, I wonder if anyone has stopped using Tsheet and started using Karbon Time exclusively. I have both sync at the moment, but I would like just use Karbon going forward. When I disconnect Tsheet, I cannot clock on Karbon Time.  Any idea how to fix this? Thanks,Joy

fee balance

How do you clean up the remaining fee balance balance between budget and actual after you raise the invoice and need to either write up or off the fee balance? I want to clean up balance when we complete the work and have a nil balance to bring forward to next financial year.Is it possible to carry some balance forward due to it’s ongoing nature and clean off some? Thank you 😊
