More placeholder and/or custom fields

Are there any plans in the Roadmap to expand the Placeholders that can be used in Automations/Workflow etc.  Related to this, any plans to add Customs fields (As would love to be able to then use custom field values as placeholders values as part of workflows etc. Use Case:  VAT return workflow - Custom field - {Amount payable} - Use this value when sending commination to client regarding the return filed and related amount payable.

Connected Folder - Dropbox (Can you move the folder in Dropbox?)

If we create a connected folder for a project in Dropbox and if we done with the project we move the folder location from Dropbox side to Archived projects, would this break the link to Karbon?

Create/Update Client tasks via API

Karbon Client tasks is great for us to get quicker and more consistence client responses for file request and feedback etc. As I am working with outside contractors service providers as well, which we currently using ClickUp to manage that part of the work, I am looking for way, if possible to for example to update or create a client task in Karbon based on certain triggers in ClickUP.Currently the Senior Client Manager, which is the user on Karbon, will manually trigger or update the Client task in Karbon, based on events/status in ClickUp.Don't know if this is something that is possible, or if possible just so complex to add that it is just better to do manual?

Budget - Retainer Fixed fee

What is the best option to utilize the Time/billing and Budget function of Karbon if we have our clients on fixed monthly retainers?Most of our services, even ad hoc, will be fixed fee to clients and our cost will be contractor, employee and other direct costs. Thanks!
