MyWeek Best Practices

My week is very divisive, and each member of our firm has different levels of success when utilizing it. Do other firms allow employees to use their My Week in a way that makes the most sense to them, or monitor usage so it’s the same throughout the firm? Ex. Some people put all their work for Today in Working on Now while others take it a few tasks at a time. Only wondering because when you go to check colleague’s week or share tasks within a work item with someone, “working on now” can still be a gray area. Want to see if there’s a standard use for it common between firms that use karbon!

"Other" Work Type in MyWeek

I noticed that in My Week work is categorized by work type, but sometimes there’s an “Other” category. “Other” includes a variety of different work, and in our case, it is not because of Default work types.  Can someone explain why (or How) My Week chooses which work types each colleague is able to filter by- seemingly regardless of how much work they have to do in that category?

Is My Week Practical with High Volume Work?

As my firm tries to transition from using the Todo to using My Week we’ve run into a pitfall: members with the most tasks/work items due are struggling to find a practical way to keep up with their work in the My Week format. It seems as though we’d have to go and change all of our Work Items to unique Work Types in order to somewhat minimize the clutter, but other than that we are at a loss.What is some advice on a seamless transition to My Week?

OneDrive Connection

Last year, connecting our Tax work items to OneDrive was immensely helpful. However, when I went to do the same thing again this year, I can't get to the folders. Does anyone know if this is an issue on our firm’s end or Karbon’s? I can’t press the “<” button to open the folders, but I have confirmed that OneDrive is still connected to Karbon.

OneDrive Integration

What are some best practices for OneDrive integration?Our firm was excited to hear about the launch, but we haven't found a practical way to use it without making folders that directly correlate for each work item.Of course, some integrate naturally now, but not most.  How have you been using it?
