How can I share contacts with my whole team?

I finally got on a Zoom call with Support and we figured it out! I wanted to share in case anyone else runs into this issue. There is a Details tab for the Organization, which I had already added my team to the Client Team on that page. However, for each person contact, even if the email is already associated with the Organization, you have to go into the Person Contact’s Details page and add your team to the Client Team as well.

My Week: Assigned Notes & Emails

Thanks for sharing, Kylene! I made sure I have a Note with both a to-do and due date of today, but I don’t see a “Due This Week” filter in My Week. However, you pointed out something I hadn’t noticed, you can “Plan for This Week” on both the Note and the Email in the right side panel. I never noticed that option before. I was looking for that in the … menu on the top right.

Being able to check off tasks and reorder Working on Now are great improvements!

Introduction to My Week in Karbon

About 32 min into this video they promise “a lot more support” including more videos and articles on My  Week, but it’s been a few months and I can’t find them. Can someone link me to these other sources if they exist? If not, when are they coming. I need to learn a lot more about how to use My Week right away. Right now my team heavily depends on To-do.

Introduction to My Week in Karbon

@Amelia Freeman Also, I’m having the same problem @DianeK and @Meg Sweetland are having. I’m the last person every work touches, because it’s my job to either review the bank reconciliation, or send the year-end data to the CPA. My My Week is FLOODED with jobs I can’t work on under “Ready to Start,” because other people haven’t done their tasks yet. I can’t do my work until they do theirs. Please tell me someone has a fix for this.

Calendar integration is here! (and more)

I have integrated my Google calendar, but it’s only showing my primary calendar in My Week. A lot of my schedule is on the company shared calendar, which is linked to my boss’s (another Karbon user) Gmail. I’ve been invited with full editing privileges, and it’s always just overlaid on my calendar when I’m using the Google Calendar website. Is there a way to make both calendars appear in My Week?

Recurring work deadlines, upfront payment details + KPI workbook update

How does the deadline come into play when viewing the work? Is it only in the work details and then used to filter the work tabs, so you can see what may be overdue, but not at the deadline yet? I’m trying to understand how to use this information in our workflow.
