Karbon AI -- What do you hate? What do you love?

We are trialing AI before a wider roll out. Only problem we have come across to date is that you can not remove the 'summary'.  I feel this could be important if you feel it has missed anything critical or taken anything out of context.  Anyone come across any solutions for this.

Later, user permissions, profile roles, Client Team custom fields, merge duplicate contacts, bill by colleague rate, and control budgets by amounts

Some of these are much needed, thank you!I have to ask why the option for ‘Later’ was built instead of better integration with My week.  It is great to have this option especially from the mobile app but when the best practice approach is to manage items in My week I would have loved to see an option to add to My week from the app and options from cloud triage to ‘later’ bucket in My week rather than only ‘this week’.  I have been told these are coming so hopefully this is just the start of some more user friendly updates!

We have having trouble opening jpegs in Comments, can you confirm if this is correct and needs to be in another format?

Client Portal - Deadlines

Love this idea, we have just implemented the client portal and our clients are definately looking to see their items ‘clear’ from Open requests once they have actioned their checklist items.

Client Verification Details

Hi Aliesa, The custom fields we would need per the legislation include verification method, date and details I would assume i.e. Drivers license.  I can see XPM have imbedded the below however this could be better. If the information could be requested via client requests perhaps.  Keen to hear what Karbon feel would be a best practice approach for clients to meet these new regulations.
