Client Manager vs Client Owner

It’s easier for bulk updates to change a Client Owner once than each individual Client Task if you’re using Other colleague for the same person over and over again. Client Manager isn’t an option to do that. Not sure why it isn’t an option but it doesn’t impact our firm knowing this limitation.

FYI the Client Tasks can be sent by Client Owner, but not by Client Manager. Something to consider.

Changes to Client Portal are coming

So coming soon we can send a request to multiple client emails. If I remember correctly there will be another feature where you can view all Client Tasks across all clients in one place? Kind of like a To-Do for Client Tasks?

Any effective tips for pausing triage?

Karbon needs a snooze option. Most other project management tools, Asana comes to mind, have had this for awhile. You shouldn’t have to come up with crazy workarounds for this.

How to you encourage your team to keep on top of their Triage and To Do list?

I would love it if the cleared triage icon was different each time to incentivise the team to do this and take a photo - like a sunflower one day or a smiley face. Reminds me of Asana where you’d have narwhals flying across your screen with rainbows when you’d complete a task. Karbon is definitely missing the “fun” aspect that other project management tools seem to get.
