Effect of entering new client tasks after initial email sent.

I believe the client will see the added query when they access the Client Task although it is not on the list of the initial Client Task notification email. But for me, just to ensure that the client sees it, most of the time I re-send it.

Client Task - Auto Send Emails

There are two ways. You can send them from the client’s work as you need and you can also scheduled them to be sent.Hope this helps.

Editing Repating Work Items

If the process changes, you can update the template and publish it.Then ‘Reset Work’ within the clients work so the updated template can get populated. Just make sure that the existing work does not have any notes, comments etc that you need to keep because the revised template will over-ride it.Hope this helps :)
