Sending Client Requests - How many people do you need to send one request to?

In general, 2-3 is normal, but when dealing with a large entity (international, many locations, many needs for the same information we are providing) this can be anywhere between 10 to 15 people. Additionally, when dealing with an entity or person that has some legal issue, all the lawyers need to be cc’d on all communications, and that can also be a significant amount (between 5 & 10)...

Client request - Copy list of tasks to excel

@DianeK Thanks for the Video. We already have it on just about all our communications to clients. The issue at hand was a technological issue - I believe that their computer was not compatible with Karbon - Older client and just about as old of a computer if I am understanding correctly. 🤷
