Tax Organizers

We use Cognito forms to handle the Q&A and information gathering. The links are sent via Client Task along with a tasks to upload documents (generic list). @jamieokane But how do you get the information from the form back into Karbon? It looks like the only way is to login into Cognito Account and then download form as an Excel file and separately save any uploaded docs in a zip folder. Is that the process?

So using Twilio ( which we already use for business texting) I created a Zap that sends the SMS as an email to a gmail account for our Tax Director, then of course the email lands in Triage and we can then click to add it to a Work or a Contact
