Great work. Thanks. Two observation to report:Add email to my week: I haven’t seen the option of plan for this week by clicking the three dots yet. When it comes to “create new email” when click the “+” on the top right, it still shows add to work, not “add to timeline”, I guess that is designed by that?

@Amelia Freeman to follow on the update on the insights which is making it better, I requested a feature with Ian and was told it is under development, just checking how that is going. We think it will be nice if the date range filter can be more flexible, allowing in a date range from any selected date as starting date and any selected date as ending date, this will help to see the result of performance in any periods firm like to see, this will be greatly helpful. We currently have work out half year results by running 6 times insights reports and then do manual calculations. Thank you all.

Email Aliases and client logins for bookkeeping

How this development is going since it has been 6 months? I am interested to have a “shared box” in Kabon for all, say bookkeeping team, or payroll team, to use the shared box to communication with client, ie, receiving email with clients, and replying email to client.

@max Great to know.The issue I am having is that Karbon doesn’t allow to use alias email to sign in. So when the team reply client in triage, the client get an email from their own email address rather than alias email address. How this is solved? Is it because you use client APP to make all the communication and that client APP support to use an alias to receive as well as SENDING emails back to client using the same alias email? ThanksMike

So once this setup, say, if my main email with MS365 is mike@wis.com, and the alias to my main email is bookkeeping@wis.com (the alias is attached to mike@wis.com in ms 365). In Karbon, I get not just me, everyone else assigned (say jack@wis.com, Tina@wis.com) can use MY alias email bookkeeping@wis.com to send emails to outside parties in Karbon? Really last one, Australia deep night now, thanks.Thanks,Mike

@max that is what I am doing now. Only a bit risky thing, is that if the mechanism of @ people in a comments for a note or email under the private contact. If someone overlook the warning message, the one who are @ will be able to see all other confidential conversation from very beginning and future. I will definitely suggest an idea to Karbon that, when @someone in a comments or a note, that someone should only see the message or note he/she is @, he/she should be added to the contact to see older or future conversation. This will be intuitive and not causing risk of unwanted break of confidentiality.

@jens me too. I always pay high attention to right pane. But I cannot control and guarantee other team members don’t @wrong people, or don’t pay attention to the visibility section……. Need some system level control here, that is why we need a system, isn’t it. Mike

Aren't the role a bit overlap with the the task type and work type? The timesheet's accuracy is really relying on the staff' behaviour of attention to details, I am looking into this to gave less options to avoid any overlap, this will help improve the time sheet accuracies.
