We are a Xero only practice, using Karbon for our practice work management, Practice Ignition for client proposals and billing automation, Dext Prepare (previously Receipt Bank) and Dext Precision (previously Xavier), Microsoft Teams replaced our telephone system once we went into lockdown so that everyone could work from home efficiently, sometimes Zoom for calls with clients, Loom for internal and external training videos, Black Pearl for e-mail signatures, Adobe Creative Cloud for PDF editing and Marketing, also Canva, LastPass for storing log in details, Tax Calc for Annual Accounts preparation, Citrus HR is our HR system, Calendly, GBG ID3 global for Anti Money Laundering ID verifications. Would love to see what aps other practices use.
