Welcome to the Karbon Community: a virtual forum for you to connect, share knowledge, ask questions, and learn from Karbon users all around the world.

Here are a few quick tips for getting started:

Complete your profile information

Everybody likes to know who they are speaking to. By adding more information to your profile, you are more likely to receive better and quicker replies from other users.

Try adding things such as:

  • A profile picture (you can add a picture of you or what you like)
  • A signature (a sentence which will be displayed at the bottom of all of your posts)
  • The country and the city that you are from

Introduce yourself

We’re excited to get to know you! Introduce yourself here and see who else is a member of this community.

Your participation counts

The success of this Community relies on activity from members like yourself. The conversations we have here set the tone for everyone.

Help us influence the future of this community by choosing to engage in discussions that make this forum an interesting place to be – and avoiding those that do not.

Should a reply to you (or in an already existing discussion) be too technical or complicated, don't hesitate to ask about it. As long as the Rules & Guidelines are followed, all posts are welcome.

Search before you start a new topic

As the community grows, it will become more likely that the question which you are having has been asked before. It’s always a good idea to search the community first before you start a new question or discussion. The search bar can be found at the top of every page.

Be patient and don’t spam

Sometimes it might take a little bit of time until the right user reads your question. Please do not share the same question in several topics, especially if the topic is not related to your specific question. Other users will not appreciate this as it will only cause confusion.
