@Chris Neophytou have you reached out to support? There are very occasionally access issues for Karbon, and reaching out to support means they can give you more information and escalate internally for a fix.

Thanks - as I was having trouble loading the Karbon home page it wasn’t obvious where I could reach support. I’ll make a note of the email for future reference.
