I have an employee who just gave two weeks notice of resignation.
To utilise the capacity planning report it would be good to be able to
1) set a future end date;
2) end available capacity from that date so the when running the capacity planning report it shows the ability of the remaining team to handle the excess workload until replacement staff arrive.
In the interim we’ll try the suggested workaround being to submit a time entry and use the Time Off Task Types to reduce the capacity of that user for the planning period they are looking at.
