Hi all,

Some of our staff is finding the new Triage harder to read and use.  If you are on a big monitor, you can easily see which messages you have opened and read because the bolded text is very clear.  However, on an average-sized laptop or similar device, there is no differentiation. The font size provided in the interface shows bolded and regular text exactly the same.

Having the ability to customize the font size for headers could help a lot!  Anyone have a workaround?

@augieNPI I have had a similar experience. My current work around is to use the triage filters to quickly see what is unread or which items I’ve been mentioned on. 


I found out from one staff member who is a part time contractor.  They use Wavebox to save different client instances.  The new view is wonky AF!  It sometimes pushes status pulldown menu all the way to the far left of the screen!  In some cases, it doesn’t allow for the pulldown to be seen at all.
