Hi team, client advised there are delays when I replied comments to them
e.g. one client (who normally acting extremely prompt in emails) - would this due to our internet issue/system responding or anything else we need to know?
Do we have any data to refer- e.g. PINGs
Or probably that was client side internet issue? as others doesn't seem to have such issue.
