We use Microsoft Teams to make and take all of our firm calls. I had an idea: what if the phone numbers in Karbon were clickable URLs that opened the default softphone?
Would anyone else use this feature?

Absolutely! We utilize Zoom and would be great to have the option to click the phone link and call or text via Zoom.
Additionally it would be great if Karbon had some integration with Zoom so that contacts are pulled through. We have to enter our contacts into gmail for them to pull through to Zoom. Since Karbon has all of our contacts, would love to see that integrated.
This would be a great option. Our staff uses an online desktop app by our phone provider Nextiva to places call directly from their computer desktop.
