Not long ago a new tab called “All” was the default tab in my global search - I found that really useful so I didn’t have to keep clicking between “Client” “Work” tabs when searching - but now that tab has disappeared!

I’m wondering the same thing, and I thought someone mentioned it somewhere here, but a quick search didn’t raise the conversation.


I believe it was disabled while they are working on some issues. I know they were working out a few things for our firm, and told us they temporarily disabled it.


Mine came back at the end of last week! Have you tried logging out and in again?

@Aliesa Jackson has this been fixed/re-released for everyone?


Mine hasn’t come back even with logging out and back in again :(


It blew up Karbon so they switched it off 😅

Funnily enough, it didn't blow up my Karbon, but they switched it off for all, and it's not been switched back on for me yet 😅


Logging out/in didn’t bring it back for me either.


Hi all,

As most of you are aware of we experienced some issues and the search ‘All’ was disabled. We have several customers testing this out while we do internal testing. The feature is tentatively scheduled for the next release. Thank you all for your patience.
