Since about a couple month ago, our client has not been able to upload (attach) QBO file format (.qbo) to the client tasks. Could anyone please let me know what has changed and what we need to do to fix this issue?

Many QBO files are too big for the size limitation in Karbon’s client request.
We use OneDrive and use the “Request files” option to create a one-way document drop off link. We add that link to the client request with instructions to use it if they get an error uploading their file.
