Hi all

I am wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of an update to the client onboarding template that replaces the old wording in the client request email, noting how the karbon checklist works (e.g. referencing a pin number instead of the new magic links)?

In the template - go to the client request

 

 

Then click on client request hyperlink and then Edit Email

 Update the message and click save

 

 


Thanks Ken. I know how to update the email manually, I just wanted to see if there was some updated template or at least new wording to incorporate into the onboarding email regarding how to use the Karbon checklists, now that Magic Links are used instead of pin numbers.
