I invoice my clients using a value pricing model. There is no tracking of billable hours. I have added the amount to the “Time and Budget” of the task as a Fixed Fee (per Billing> Engagement parameters), but it doesn’t show up on the unbilled section. (I did not create an engagement invoice since I don’t do monthly billing. The Fixed Fee amount doesn’t show up. I have also tried entering it as an Expense.
But again, it doesn’t show up in Billing> unbilled.
I even searched by the client’s name.
This has happened on several of my clients.
In addition, you cannot adjust anything in the Budget section if you entered something wrong.
Can anyone tell me if I’m doing something wrong? Is there a work around? It’s hard to get paid from clients when you can’t invoice them…
