Unable to Void Invoice

We have exported a invoice from Karbon to Xero. However we would like to amend the invoice and we are trying to void the invoice.

Karbon wont void the invoice and keeps putting up notice that it is unable to void the invoice.

Any advice??

@Michael Mazey Sorry to hear you’re having issues with our application. We’ve identified the cause of the issue and it will be fixed by our next release mid November. If you need to urgently void this invoice I’d recommend contacting support, I’ll make sure to sort this out for you promptly.
