Hi all,

I trust everyone is having a good day!

With implementing Karbon, we want to create a “portal” where team member can post pain points, wins, learnings, etc regarding Karbon in order for us to help with the post-implementation process.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to facilitate this in Karbon?

My thoughts were to create a Contact where everyone has access to & then they just post notes to that contacts timeline.

Looking forward to your feedback :)

Hi @Chris Jansen van Vuuren! We’ve not done this exact thing, but we’ve created an internal contact in Karbon and then a work item under that contact. Within that work item we’ve added sections + tasks to better outline the things we are looking for. Perhaps this would help to organize the teams thoughts and actionable items that could come from this exercise? Good luck!

Hi @Chris Jansen van Vuuren, welcome to the Karbon and the community! 😁

This is a good idea. We have a work item that we use and assign it to an internal contact. We treat each suggestion for improvement separately, have meetings with the appropriate people, etc. This isn’t quite what you are talking about, since we have been in Karbon for a few years now, but maybe something similar or a little more structured (by pairing it with a regular meeting) could be helpful?

We do similar to what @max suggested. We have a work item which repeats each year for our own company. This work item is what each team member would use when they need to document something requiring firm attention. We have the project recur annually as it seems to be the best time length for work / process reviews and implementation of changes as a result.
