Tasks Organization

I’m having a difficult time using Tasks or My Week to organize and have clarity on tasks. Especially random to dos such as phone calls etc. Asana, Todoist, are great but this. Anyone have a good Karbon hack for this?

I agree, I am having a hard time as well! Sorry I don’t have any helpful times, just agreeing with you. Let me know if you found anything out!

I don’t use the to-do section but use my week.  

 

When I get an email that needs action, I click Plan for this week OR if it is going to be a few steps - I ‘create new work’.

 

If something randomly occurs to me - I usually add a note in the my week section.

We have had some success with making private contacts for ourselves and within those private contacts applicable work items to help us sort and keep on top of varied to-dos. This way we can pin something to a timeline, or add a note to the timeline and just remove it when we have finished it.
