I love the new Summarize AI feature. Is there a way to have the AI read an email string (I was not involved in) that has been forwarded to me by a client? For example, the email string after the three dots on an email forwarded to me.

I want to make sure I fully understand your question - are you asking if the AI can summarize all previous emails in a conversation even if you have only been recently forwarded the most recent email?
Yes, can AI summarize the prior emails when an email is forwarded to me, even if I haven’t been involved in all of the prior emails. Apologies for the delay on my response, I have been out of the office.
