This question has probably been answered before so please point me to the answer.

New user so don’t know how best to ask but here goes.

We have 4 users of karbon firstname@ etc etc for email

We have a shared triage email; office@

When triggering reminders, sending email to clients etc etc we’d like them all to be coming from office@ not firstname@

Our client are only ever use to getting emails from office@ with the signature block changing per person.

Hope this makes sense.
