Sent emails saving in drafts

For the last week, any emails I send are also going to the draft folder? 

I can see that they have 100% been sent, but seem to be duplicating into drafts? 

 

This is happening for a couple of people in our office. 

Any suggestions?

@Kelcop to add context 😉 these Drafts are appearing in Outlook (not Karbon?) and the Sent email is in both Sent in Outlook and Sent in Karbon?

Interesting, I think it’s something support would like to know about if you haven’t already talked to them. It seems like some issue with the email delay system.

This is also happening to me.

When I reply an email it gets saved to the draft emails for outlook and doesn’t get send.

When I send a completely new email it works like usual. Been happening since last week.
