Sent emails, please have them tag to work items

Also please have sent emails searchable, when I search for emails I know I sent that didn’t get replied to, they don’t show up. 

Would also be great if we could have a little button on sending emails that can do a “follow-up if no reply X days or by X date” so I don’t have to manually add a follow-up to my to do list off an email.

@ctindall do you add emails to a work item when you are sending?

 

If you send an email (or create a note) from a timeline instead of your triage then it automatically tags to that timeline.

@ctindall Concerning sent emails, they should be searchable too. If this issue persists, please contact customer support via the in app chat and have an example on hand. We will investigate it further.
