Have I missed a set up feature? When I look at my sent e-mails, they show that I sent them, rather than who i sent to. I would like to see who I sent it to instead.

Are you able to update your post with a screenshot?
Are you looking in the “Sent” section of Triage?
Playing around with this, I think what you might be looking at is the sent section, and if your email recipient is not a client in Karbon, they won’t show up on the left to show who’s involved in the conversation.
The name that you see is just the name/email of the last person to email in the email chain, and in the sent folder, that’s going to be you until the recipient responds.
Once you open the email chain up completely, you can see the full “From” and “To” fields.
