Sage Back up files

Hi @Nicole Gordon Karbon does block some files with certain extensions and due to size. I do not see this file type as one that is on the no no list, however maybe this article is not a complete listing: Files and Attachments

Maybe another user has a definitive answer or you could reach out via chat if you have not done that already.
