Resending client tasks without deleting the whole workpeice

Is there a way to resend a client task list that has been compromised (opened by two devices) within a workpiece without deleting the whole thing and losing the work already completed?

Hi @Carlee Campbell,

Can you click the elipses menu to the top right of the Client Request section and choose, Resend Client Request? 🙂 (or Manage Client Access to remove and re-add someone?)

@SamG We’ve tried that and the client couldn’t access the link still. I think I’ll have to send a new workpiece all together

That’s strange! Is the Work item Complete? I’d try contacting support: https://help.karbonhq.com/en/articles/4450394-how-do-i-contact-support-interact-with-support in case they can see another issue..

P.s. @Carlee Campbell, rather than create a new work item, you could copy the Client Request section:

Choose the same Work item and it will create a duplicate Client Request section in the Tasks tab, which you can send 🙂
