Hi. I send a reminder email every month to a client on the same day. Is there a way to automate that email in Karbon?

You can’t automate an email but you can automate a client request email (if you set up a repeating work item), see here: https://help.karbonhq.com/en/articles/4450394-how-do-i-contact-support-interact-with-support
