When typing a new email or answering an email in Outlook, is there a way to have them show up in Karbon?

Hi @Ruth Kubesh,

The email will show up in your Sent folder in Karbon within a couple of minutes 🙂

Hi, 

I did see them in my sent folder under Karbon.

However, when going into clients, the email thread does not show up, unless you specifically do the email out of Karbon.

@Ruth Kubesh if you HAVE to send them out of Outlook (instead of Karbon), you could cc yourself - that way it will come into your Triage to remind you to tag it. I do this (with Gmail) if the formatting is REALLY important or I’m using the GDocs email draft tool, or sending to a group or something.
