I had an email that I tagged to @all but then decided to make it private. I assigned it to my contact which is private but the email remained visible to everyone.
Is there something else i should have done?

This is a good question for the Karbon Support team, I’ve forwarded it to the the normal support channels so they are aware, but if you want to to also use the chat in app to ask - that would be the best avenue to get you some technical support.
