A question for the community: I have 2023 Lacerte on Rightworks and have proforma’d my returns. I’ve also tried importing them into Karbon but the link isn’t working yet. I’m a former IPM user and have raised the issue with Karbon support and they’re working with Intuit to see what might be wrong with my syncing.
My question is: has anyone yet been able to successfully link their 2023 work items with Lacerte 2023 returns?
