I have a document that is 49 KB that I am trying to upload to Karbon Storage but it will not allow me due to the fact that the size has exceeded 250 MG. Has anyone run into this previously? How do I fix?

Hi
The combined total of any files you attach to must not exceed 25 MB.
You can, however, attach a file(s) totaling up to 50 MB within a client task.

Our Support team can help look into this if you are saying that this under the limit.
