Hi, has anyone noticed that karbon is crashing quite alot recently.
My team are all impacted so it’s not just one person. Plus we all work remotely so it’s not our internet causing the problems
Just now Karbon is stalling with a spinning wheel. We had the same issue last week and a couple of weeks before.

The quickest way to get status information or to report an issue is to email support@karbonhq.com.
I haven’t noticed an issue with our Karbon, though, so maybe the issue isn’t widespread.

Definitely been a couple of instances over the past couple of weeks.. but usually short-lived. It seems to happen with any software, like an earthquake, you get a few aftershocks and then it all goes quiet for a while. I know it’s annoying but I wouldn’t overthink it. Always contact support as Max suggested above when you have issues and then they can investigate and resolve 🙂
