Is anyone using the new billing feature in Karbon?
We bill mostly by time not fixed fee still and finding it tricky to get the information - more than just the work title or the external item name on to the invoice.
We plan to export invoices to QBO to manage debtors there so maybe we need to work on getting the integration there correct. Can anyone shed any light please?

Is is the time entry details that you are wanting to show on your QBO export? 🙂
Hey Sam, no not the time entry, I need to have the description of the work item appear in the export csv file under ItemDescription. Currently it brings in the Client name and the actual work name (not the client facing External Name). Also need the GST code to be exported, that doesn’t come through in the export file either. Being in Beta, possibly all this needs tweaking by development team.
