We have 4 years of time data in Karbon, but we would like to use the Karbon invoicing features. We can’t because there is no way to filter by time entry date or BULK update prior period time entries. @karbon leaving money on the table by not giving us the ability to do this.
What is the solution?

Forgive me if this is a dumb question. Have you contacted Karbon support to see if they can remove WIP from before a certain date?
I assume you mean that you have four years of “Unbilled” WIP that you actually billed in a different system, is that right?
We were very early in on the beta, so we didn’t have this issue, but I can understand how it would be a non-starter.

We had a similar situation, although it wasnt quite 4 years worth.
With a mixture of Power BI reports and the “Time and Budgets” workbook that Karbon Support should be able to provide, we billed all previous work.
To be clear, this did take a while, particularly as you can only select 25 clients at a time in the billing screen!
