Good morning,

 

For some reason, now when we are receiving emails through the forwarding function of Gmail, Karbon thinks we are Bcc'd on them and won't let us Add to Timeline, Assign, etc. and we get this error. Do you know why this is happening? Thank you!

Hi @Meghan Cyr. Welcome to the Karbon Community! 😀

It might have to do with your email settings and how Karbon interacts with them. We had a similar situation with O365 but were able to contact support and they made some changes on the back end of our Karbon Tenant to match our email settings and then everything worked as expected.

Thank you @max ! It hasn’t been an issue for the past 2+ years. It just started happening last week for our team. I’m checking with Karbon directly on why and how we can fix this. I’ll mention your response.
