Jobs are getting deleted when I change the Repeat Cycle to have an end date

If a company has been dissolved I no longer need new jobs. If I update the repeating cycle to end on today’s date for example, I have been loosing jobs that start AND end before the date I choose. 

 

What date should I be choosing to not lose my current work!?

Oh no! That’s not working how it is supposed to be 😢

The way it’s supposed to work is it should only delete work items in the schedule with a start date after the end date you are setting (please see Karbon help article linked and screenshot below).

I’d recommend contacting Karbon Support to let them know it’s not working as it should!
