Happy December everyone!
This will be out first end of year shutdown using Karbon and we’ll have parts of our team off on leave at different times throughout late December and all of January.
I was wondering how other firms are keeping an eye on Colleagues triage and inboxes while they are on leave?
Pre-Karbon we’d have delegated inbox access which works fine for emails, and I know shared inbox access is coming (Perhaps a Chrismas present from Karbon 😉) so we can simply jump in to emails from Gmail if the feature doesn’t arrive on time.\
Triage however seems a little harder to keep an eye on, does anyone have any tips on how to handle this?
