Posting to warn others who may be unknowingly experiencing the same issue.. and because I wasn’t able to start a chat with Karbon Support like I usually can 🤔 so have had to email them instead.
We're encountering a bug where time we add to a completed job is being added fine in terms of mins, but is showing 0.00 for dollars 😭 Hard-refresh and incognito aren’t helping.
My colleague first alerted me to the issue and I was able to replicate it below:
Switching from Completed to not completed and back to Completed fixes the $ issue.. but is obviously not something we want to need to do for things to work as they should 😢
