Looking for a report that can be sorted by colleague on amount of emails received and the response time for those emails. Trying to measure the response time for customer service (rec’d email then how long did it take for that colleague to respond to the email) ….using as a training tool.

If so, this is part of the email insights package from Karbon. You can access it here:
Fair warning, it’s an additional cost for email insights, but you may find it worth the information.
Thanks….this is the same thing I found I was just hoping for something better or easier to print out.
I’m not sure there is a way to get that information in a spreadsheet download built into the program.
I don’t know if this makes sense for your situation, but there is a beta API access where you might be able to get information like that, though I have never tried, so someone from the development team could probably tell you for sure.
