We were playing around with the Client Request task list and opted to send the email as another colleague.  

 

We noticed there is no way to see who sent the email, it simply shows as that other colleague sent the email, it is in their sent items, and doesn’t show “Sent as XYZ by ABC”

 

This is a nightmare in my opinion. How do we hold someone accountable if we don’t even know who wrote the email?

 

What if there is an error, or some sort of malicious intent from a disgruntled employee/coworker, to make it seem like they were the ones that sent that email?

 

Is it possible to see who sent the emails??

 

 

@Kristy Leal it’s not possible unfortunately - you can sometimes figure it out if they’ve made changes to the due date right before or after sending.

I made a feature request for this awhile back - please vote and add your comments!
