Hi @Jamie_Carnarvon! Welcome to Karbon!! Do you have the training “work” item assigned to you to work through? Aside from the initial training, Karbon has a wealth of videos on how to get started, creating work, using triage, etc.

Hi @Jamie_Carnarvon Please reach out to your Client Success Manager. They are very knowledgeable and can help you address your specific needs. We love ours. Also, use the “Help & Feedback” tab in Karbon to search the database for helpful articles and videos. The Chat feature is also super helpful.
